When prompted, log into the NAES website. You must be logged in as the sponsorship coordinator (the email address where you received your sponsorship confirmation information). If you need assistance with your username and password, call (212) 716-6134 or email info@episcopalschools.org to request a password reset.
Select your representative(s)—which can include yourself. They must be attached to your organization in our system in order to access any discounted registration rates. If your representatives are not in the system, you can either:
Create them yourself as a part of the registration process and email info@episcopalschools.org to expedite their profile approvals. If their email domains match the company email domain, they should be automatically approved.
Email info@episcopalschools.org with the representatives’ details and request they be added to the system and attached to your organization
Select the correct registration rate for your attendees. See the section below to inform your selection.
Complete the rest of the registration form. You will have the opportunity to select individual add-ons for each attendee. Due to capacity issues, we ask that sponsors/exhibitors refrain from registering for pre-conference events without first confirming with NAES staff.
When prompted as part of the check-out process, enter the coupon code found in your sponsorship payment confirmation email. If you need a reminder of the code, email info@episcopalschools.org. Each sponsorship has a different code. If you have two sponsorship packages, you will need to register each complimentary attendee separately as you have two codes.
Contact NAES with any questions or to make changes. Substitutions are permissible through the regular conference registration deadline of October 23, 2026.
Selecting Rates: Packages with 1 Complimentary Representative
Representative 1 (or yourself): Sponsor/Exhibitor Representative Rate (this will receive a 100% discount at check-out)
Representative 2: Sponsor/Exhibitor Representative Rate (you will be charged the discounted rate of $759)
Any further representative(s): Solutions Partners may choose the memberrate. All other sponsors may choose the nonmember rate. Both of these are heavily discounted when compared to the standard service-provider/consultant rate.
