- Make note of any pre-conference or other events for which you would like to register. Events marked with an asterisk (*) have an additional fee. All other events are included in the cost of registration. These include:
- Deep Dives (New Heads, New Chaplains)
- Early Childhood Education Day (Off-Site)*
- Service Event: Gardening with Homeboy Industries (Off-Site)
- Thursday Awards Luncheon
- Friday Affinity Luncheons*
- Log in or create a profile on the NAES website.
- Please note, if you are affiliated with Anglican Schools Australia or ELEA, select the appropriate organization when creating a profile. Profile approval is not immediate, so we recommend completing this step at least 24 hours before registering. You will later have the opportunity to specify your school for your name badge. If you already have a profile but cannot access the correct rates, please email info@episcopalschools.org.
- Register for the conference. You will be redirected to the main NAES website.
- After registration is complete, use the link in your confirmation email to book a hotel room at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. This is our headquarters hotel. Please ensure the name on your reservation matches the name on your conference registration; otherwise, your hotel booking may be canceled. The last day to book a room at the reduced conference rate is Friday, October 23, 2026.
Terms and Conditions
Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before Friday, October 23, 2026. Cancellation requests must be emailed to NAES at gnatera@pcm411.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
NAES will assess a $125 processing fee on all approved refunds received before Friday, October 23, 2026. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the conclusion of the conference.
Attendees may be substituted until the conference registration deadline of Friday, October 23, 2026. After that date, all registrations are final and no refunds will be made. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend for any reason, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Individual paid events, such as luncheons, are non-refundable.
All registrations and reservations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees.
Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall NAES be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
NAES or its contractors may be photographing or videotaping sessions and events at Biennial Conference 2026. By attending the NAES Biennial Conference 2026, attendees understand and agree to allow their likenesses, images, and voices to be used by NAES in association publications and communications, on its website and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images and videos may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives NAES from liability resulting from these uses.
Attendees also agree to abide by the conference code of conduct and media policy.
