Hotel Rooms

Conference registration does not include accommodations. Hotel rooms are to be reserved separately through the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, starting at $279 per night plus taxes and fees. The link to reserve your hotel room can be found in your confirmation email once you register for the conference.

Travel Information

Public transit is available from LAX to the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE. Transit options include around 10-15 minutes of walking, depending on selected route and airport terminal.

What is Included in Registration?

One conference registration includes plenary sessions, the option to attend the awards luncheon, featured speakers, workshops, worship, the conference reception, and exhibits. The following events are not included in a standard conference registration and must be selected separately during the registration process:

  • Deep Dives (no cost, but registration required)
  • Awards Luncheon (no cost, but registration required so NAES can accurately plan meals and minimize food waste)
  • Service Events (no cost, but registration required)
  • Affinity/Networking Lunches ($120)
  • Early Childhood Education Day ($100)
  • Accommodations (hotel must be booked separately)

Terms and Conditions

Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before Friday, October 23, 2026. Cancellation requests must be emailed to NAES at gnatera@pcm411.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

NAES will assess a $125 processing fee on all approved refunds received before Friday, October 23, 2026. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the conclusion of the conference.

Attendees may be substituted until the conference registration deadline of Friday, October 23, 2026. After that date, all registrations are final and no refunds will be made. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend for any reason, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Individual paid events, such as luncheons, are non-refundable.

All registrations and reservations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees.

Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall NAES be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

NAES or its contractors may be photographing or videotaping sessions and events at Biennial Conference 2026. By attending the NAES Biennial Conference 2026, attendees understand and agree to allow their likenesses, images, and voices to be used by NAES in association publications and communications, on its website and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images and videos may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives NAES from liability resulting from these uses.

Attendees also agree to abide by the conference code of conduct and media policy.


Substitutions

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to gnatera@pcm411.com no later than October 23, 2026. Requests received after October 23, 2026, may not be honored.

For substitutions requested after the Early Bird deadline of September 18, 2026, registrations originally purchased at the Early Bird rate will be adjusted to the applicable On-Time registration rate for the substitute attendee, resulting in a balance due that must be paid prior to the conference.

If approved, substitutions requested after October 23, 2026, will be subject to the applicable Late registration rate in effect at the time of the substitution, in addition to a $125 cancellation fee associated with the original registration.

Individual paid events, including luncheons and similar ticketed activities, are non-refundable.
