    Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe to Preach at Conference Eucharist

    NAES is pleased to welcome the Most Rev. Sean W. Rowe, Presiding Bishop and Primate of The Episcopal Church who will preach at the conference Eucharist. The Most Rev. Sean W. Rowe was elected presiding bishop and primate of The Episcopal Church in June 2024 and took office on Nov. 1 for a nine-year term. Known for his expertise in organizational learning and adaptive change, Rowe is committed to strengthening support for local ministry and mission.

    Lisa Miller, Ph.D., is the New York Times bestselling author of The Spiritual Child and a professor in the Clinical Psychology Program at Teachers College, Columbia University.     The Ruth Jenkins Award and the John D. Verdery Award are the National Association of Episcopal Schools’ highest honors and recognize and celebrate the outstanding service of individuals to Episcopal schools and NAES. The awards are bestowed at the discretion and by vote of the Governing Board and are presented during ceremonies at our Biennial Conference.
